Anna lives in Hamburg, Germany. She has been working with individuals and couples in global transition for more than 10 years.
Anna is known for developing a warm therapeutic alliance with her clients and creating a secure base from which to explore stressful and traumatic experiences. The core of Anna’s work is helping people create connections within: uniting thoughts, emotions, and body sensations within themselves and with the people around them.
Anna’s work is based on attachment science and a humanistic approach. Being committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Anna brings acceptance, humility, and culturally grounded research into her consultation room. She creates a safe environment where all individuals have their basic human needs met, feel accepted and valuable, and have no fear of persecution or marginalization as a result of ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation or preference, gender expression, family structure, age, class, mental health, physical character, or disability.
